A few helpful answers.
If you cannot find what you need, send a message. We can talk through the details of your occasion.
How do I enquire?
Choose an available date and complete the enquiry form, or contact me on WhatsApp. Include your venue or location and the type of event you are planning.
Does selecting a date reserve it?
No. Selecting a date starts an enquiry. Your booking is confirmed only when the details have been agreed, any required booking payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
What if my date is not showing as available?
Please contact me with the date and venue. The calendar shows dates open for enquiries; sending an enquiry does not reserve a date.
Do you bring a piano?
No. I perform using a suitable piano at your venue. Please tell me what is available when you enquire so we can check the arrangements before confirming.
What if I do not know whether the venue has a piano?
Select “Not sure” in the enquiry form. We can identify what needs to be checked with the venue before a booking is agreed.
Can you play outdoors?
Please mention outdoor plans when you enquire. Suitability depends on the instrument, its location, safe conditions and the venue arrangements. An outdoor performance must be specifically agreed in advance.
Can I request a particular song?
Yes. Isa welcomes requests and brings his own style and piano interpretation to the music you choose. Share any special songs in advance so the arrangement and preparation can be agreed before your booking.
Do we choose every song?
You can share as much or as little direction as you like. A few favourite songs, styles or key moments can be enough to begin planning a programme together.
How long can the performance be?
The length and schedule are agreed for your event. Include the approximate time you would like music to begin and the parts of the occasion you would like covered.
Will there be breaks?
For longer bookings, breaks are agreed as part of the running order. They can be planned around speeches, announcements or other natural pauses where possible.
Can you play in more than one room?
This depends on the timings and suitable piano arrangements in each space. Please explain the plan when you enquire so we can check what is practical.
Where do you travel?
Travel within 100 miles of Solihull is included. For venues further afield, any additional travel fee is agreed before you book. Send your venue name or postcode when you enquire.
How much does it cost?
Weddings: £250 per hour.
Funerals: £250 per hour.
Corporate events: £175 per hour.
Birthdays: £100 per hour.
Other private occasions are quoted individually. Travel within 100 miles of Solihull is included. For venues further afield, any additional travel fee is agreed before you book. Performance length, breaks and the total fee are agreed before booking.
Is a booking payment required?
Your written quote will explain whether a booking payment is required, the amount and when it is due. It will also set out the schedule for any remaining balance.
Can we change the timings or venue?
Please get in touch as soon as your plans change. Changes depend on availability and practical arrangements, and may affect the fee. Any agreed changes will be confirmed in writing.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Please contact me in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation is handled under the agreed booking terms, taking account of any reasonable, unrecoverable loss and any costs saved or replacement booking secured.
Can we book entirely through WhatsApp?
You can start and continue the conversation on WhatsApp. The event details, fee and booking status will still be confirmed in writing, and the agreed date will be recorded in the booking calendar.
What if the event runs late?
Let me know about any changes as early as possible. Extra time is subject to availability and agreement; it is not automatically included in the booking.
Can we speak before deciding?
Of course. Send a message with your date and a little about your event, and we can discuss the music and practical details before you make a decision.
